How sturdy is a Brandstand?
They are extremely sturdy. Each is built to street legal specifications on our patented square tube steel frame.

Is there much training required to operate a Brandstand?
Instruction and training is fundamental. Average training can be accomplished in just a few short hours depending on the skill set of the individual. Additionally we provide online videos and ongoing support.

Is there a branding opportunity on the Tiki model Brandstand?
Yes, fold-up canopy signage is available. There is also a hybrid model available with lower body branding.

What type of vehicle do I need to tow a Brandstand?
Most mid-size cars, trucks, vans, and SUV’s are rated by the manufacturer to accept a Class II, III or IV Trailer Hitch.

  • Class 2 (Class II) trailer hitch - Trailer hitch with weight carrying rating of up to 3,500 lbs gross trailer weight and 300/350 lbs tongue weight.

  • Class 3 (Class III) trailer hitch - Trailer hitch with weight carrying rating of up to 5,000 lbs gross trailer weight and 500 lbs tongue weight — sometimes used to refer to a hitch with any 2" receiver, regardless of rating.

  • Class 4 (Class IV) trailer hitch - Trailer hitch with weight carrying rating of up to 10,000 lbs gross trailer weight and 1,000 - 1,200 lbs tongue weight. Although many times any hitch with a capacity greater than 5,000 lbs gross weight is referred to as a Class 4.

What is the weight carrying capacity of a Brandstand?
Capacities vary depending on Brandstand curb weight, GCVW, GTW, GVW and GVWR.

  • Curb weight
    The empty weight of a vehicle full of fuel and all fluids. Curb weight does not include passengers or payload.

  • Gross combined vehicle weight (GCVW)
    Total combined weight of the two coupled vehicles, including all passengers and payload.

  • Gross trailer weight (GTW)
    The total weight of a trailer including all of its contents.

  • Gross vehicle weight (GVW)
    The total weight of a vehicle including all of its contents and passengers.

  • Gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR)
    The weight specified by a manufacturer as the recommended maximum weight of a vehicle when fully loaded.

What is the Rapid-Brand Panel System (RPS)?
The RPS System is a simple lightweight replaceable system consisting of seven canopy and body brand able panels. This system enables the Brandstand to provide multiple branding sponsorship opportunities.

How does the Rapid-Brand Panel System (RPS) work?
Direct print or vinyl wrapped panels are securely fastened to the Brandstand body and canopy allowing sponsorship messaging to be changed within minutes!

Does a Brandstand fit within the typical trade show 10’ x 10’ environment when its setup?
Yes, the setup footprint is 10’ x 7 when all the seats are in position.

What are the typical drayage (delivery of the goods to your booth space from the receiving dock) service charges when exhibiting at trade show venues?
Street towable Brandstands are exempt from drayage by weight due to the fact that they are registered licensed vehicles. This will save thousands of dollars and a great deal of time at each show during move-in and move-out. A nominal spotter’s fee may apply.

How does the canopy mounted big screen TV perform outdoors in a bright sunshine?
Brandstands feature Pantel outdoor weatherproof TVs and the picture is superb!

How wide is a Brandstand without the seats?
At its widest point a Brandstand measures 7' 7" or 91". Click here to download specifications.

How long should it take me to set up a Brandstand at an event?
Once in position, leveling and complete setup (“blooming”) should take approximately 10 minutes.

How long can we operate a Brandstand on self-contained power?
Runtime depends upon load. Average run time with a standard self-contained power option running a big screen outdoor TV is approximately 9 hours. You should however speak with a representative when specifying other options such as draught beer or Chill Disc for actual power requirements.

Is it possible to fit a Brandstand inside a building that only has a 6' door opening?
Yes, using our rear dolly wheel option allows Brandstand a 360 degree movement.

How many video screens will a Brandstand accommodate?
6 video screens would be the most that would display properly.

What operating voltage input is required to run my Brandstand?

What are the typical pre-wired Audio/Video types?
Brandstand uses an HDMI component with an optional DVI and VGA.

What are the best uses for the touch screen kiosks on a Brandstand?
Without hesitation our clients will tell you that the ability to capture data at an event makes Brandstand worth its weight in gold. Additionally, uses such as contests, ticket sales, interactive gaming, and electronic sign-ins are just a few more that make this a total interactive experience for both attendees and exhibitors.

Do Brandstands have an onboard generator for backup power?
An optional 2000 watt generator is available for extended use power at events.

Are the bar stools removable?
Yes, all bar stool seats and seat posts may be configured for flexibility such as walk up access. Brandstands can have no seats or up to 7 seats depending upon the event.

Do Brandstands require a cover while being towed on the highway?
A cover is only required when the unit is equipped with a TIKI style thatched canopy. For other Brandstands it is not a requirement however it does represent yet another sponsorship type option. We do recommend a cover in areas of the country where weather may be a nuisance factor.

How well does the cover fit and how does it handle the elements at highway speed?
Our custom fit covers fasten easily with twist locks as well as snaps. All Brandstand covers have been highway tested for peak performance.

How difficult is it to raise and lower the canopy?
The process we term “blooming” is electrically actuated with a key and uses no hydraulic fluids or hoses.

How many kegs of beer can a Brandstand accommodate?
Depending upon the initial unit configuration, the maximum we recommend is (3) three 1/2 barrel kegs.

What beverage dispensing systems are available as options?
We offer several custom dispensing solutions including but not limited to draft beer and post-mix, ice coolers, and even post pour solutions such as Chilldisc. Speed rails are also an option for bartenders.

Where is the sound system mounted on a Brandstand?
Typically, remote speakers are mounted under the canopy. Additional speakers can be mounted under the bar rail and on the canopy top as well.

Do all Brandstands come with tail lights?
We only feature tail lights on our highway towable models unless otherwise specified.

How secure is a Brandstand overnight or whenever it is not in use?
Brandstands can easily be locked and secured for overnight and extended storage.

How difficult would it be to steal a Brandstand?
In addition to offering an optional anti-theft GPS type tracking system, once the towing tongue and dolly wheel assembly have been removed and stored, the Brandstand becomes completely immobilized making the theft of the unit an unwelcome challenge.

How many ice chests will a Brandstand house?
Options include double stacked retractable ice chests in each side of the lower cabinet for a total of four (4).
